The I.P.H

New Studio / Project Space in the heart of East London. Situated at street level parrallel to the well established Vyner Street in Hackney.

Neighbouring on to the Bistrotque courtyard, perfect for client meetings, evening drinks and an afternoon distraction of cooked onions and garlic. http://www.bistrotheque.com (London Eating 9/10)

Ideal location for events, launches and pop-up shops with plenty of footfall linked with London’s First Thursdays which is supported by the Arts Council England. firstthursdays.co.uk. Our first exhibition is planned for February with a collaborative show curated by Qompendium Recommended Tourist Magazine including work by some of the finest International photographers.

The Studio is an alarmed, well heated, dry space with mid century furniture, bespoke collapsable timber storage & tables. There are large secure windows on two of the four walls  with plenty of natural light. There is a central shared desk with ample room per person (over 200cm x 70cm).  It has been purposefully designed not to be over crowded for lower rent.

There is secure outside storage and space for bicycles. Fibre optic broadband, shared use of numerous skill sets, equipment in the studio including a 24″ Giclee printer, ceiling mounted projector unit and plenty of white wall spaces for photography. A good landlord open to development in the space to accomodate to all needs. 0% Markup on rental cost. We only wish to find the right people to share and help shape the venue.

Short walk from Columbia Road and Broadway Market  with numerous pubs and food venues. There are also weekend food stalls (Every Saturday) and Sunday Flower Market.

Three months minimum contract with one month leaving notice. Deposit is one months rent. Cost covers all bills inc. business rate.
